Parcels can be tracked using exceptional tracking tools that provide visibility as shipments move through the air cargo network. Tracking is typically available via an air waybill (AWB) or shipment reference number, with status updates from acceptance through delivery. For deliver-e parcel movement, please check here

These services are designed for fast-moving e-commerce parcels that fit efficiently within passenger aircraft belly space. Shipments generally support small packages and cartons up to airline-defined limits (often up to approximately 32 kg per piece), subject to aircraft type and route. Customers should always confirm exact size and weight limits based on origin, destination, and operating airline.

Airline-powered courier services make use of existing passenger flights, maximising airline belly capacity rather than adding additional delivery vehicles. This model supports lower emissions per shipment and aligns with airline sustainability initiatives such as fuel efficiency improvements and the use of Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF). No - Standard courier and e-commerce parcel products do not accept hazardous or dangerous goods due to safety and regulatory requirements. Certain regulated items may only be shipped under approved Dangerous Goods services that comply with IATA requirements and require prior authorisation. Any regulated shipment must be correctly classified, packaged, labelled, and documented in line with international aviation standards. This includes accurate air waybill information and, where applicable, certified dangerous goods declarations. Incomplete or incorrect documentation may result in delays or rejection at the origin.

Typical transit times range from three to six days, depending on origin, destination, and the service selected. We offer several solutions to balance speed, cost, and operational requirements across cross-border lanes.
